The Loan Application is below.  (until the 2026 doc is uploaded, this may be used) Open the file and you have three options.

1. Print the document, complete it and deliver to the Administration & Services Center at 250 Second St, Lapeer, MI 48446.
2. To type into the loan document, simply click into the name box and start typing, then tab to each subsequent box. Then SAVE the document and print a copy to mail or hand deliver to address above.
3. You may also scan and email the document to lapeerloanfund@gmail.com.
4. Do not send a photo of the document.

• Hard copies can be obtained in the high school counseling office and at the ASC office or can be mailed to you.  Communicate with us at lapeerloanfund@gmail.com.
• Applications will be reviewed in early June, please submit your application by mail or in person as soon as possible, as we anticipate increased volume of applications this year.  If there are more eligible applications than we can support, date submitted could be a factor.
• Current college students, apply by May 15, current high school seniors, apply by June 15, the sooner the better.
